"They didn’t clean the room or get new towels had placed the sign to have room clean 3 days in a row and nothing. The bathroom toilet made screeches after flushing. Had to barrow towels from my moms house"

"The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly, and the pool was clean and felt safe for kids, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

"The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Unlike most hotels these days, the Fairbridge provided more than ample shampoo, conditioner, and soap. They made sure breakfast items were stocked up until the end, replacing eggs/potatoes/biscuits even with only 20 minutes left in service. The staff members appear to take a lot of pride in their hotel and the service they provide. The hotel will definitely be a consideration if I am in the area in the future."

"Our room was given to other people when we arrived late at midnight eventhough we booked and paid months ago. They were fully booked so we were put in a different room which wasnt big enough to fit 6 of us. Thats very disappointed. However, the staff who helped us check in was helpful and able to find a solution eventhough this wasnt his fault at all."

"When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...

"I didn’t like there was no swimming pool, no hot tub and no out side patio to set outside. For the price of the Hilton garden hotel. I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. So yes I was very disappointed to have to go across the street to set at someone else property to enjoy the limited outside for 7 days"
