The elevator was not working so had to drag bags up to 2nd floor. No sign that repairs were imminent or any explanation of reason. Ice maker removed from our floor. "Upon checking in we were told that the AC was not working but we would be able to open the window and could have a fan for the room. We had already paid for our room so we continued with the booking. We get up to our room and the window are screwed shut. We call and maintained comes and opens it for us to quickly realize that we are right next to a train which is unbearably loud. It was too hot in the room even with the fan and window open for us. Staff was really nice and never showed...

"It was an average stay studio two bed kitchen.....it had lot of security, but they let guess with pets leave there dogs barking long periods of times. That was insane. They had signs in the rooms saying they had autistic kids. They were screaming 😱 all day. Sometimes the rooms had bad ventilation and you could smell the smoking of weed. The place was expensive, no breakfast.....it was very disappointing. But I did love there laundry mat system"

"Pros: bed comfortable, looked clean, fridge, microwave, quiet at night. Cons: pool was closed! old bathroom, dingy, chipped porcelain , no shampoo/conditioner, only a tiny bar of soap, no bedside lamp, no coffee maker, floor turned my socks black when walking around, microwave didn’t turn and never got a remote that worked the tv in 2 days. Place is fine if you want cheapest stay but def no extras."
