"At check in the reception person was arrogant & rude, however the others I interacted with over my stay were pleasant, just not the fellow I had at check in. The room & facilities were great. The breakfast inclusion was a nightmare, so many people in a small space, it was hectic & not enjoyable, people everywhere pushing & forcing themselves in smaller space aces not able to cater for the demand. Otherwise all was good."

"This is a great location within downtown Montreal. The room is nice, however the hvac in the room was very loud and every so often through the day, there would be a loud noise. This is a busy hotel and you can hear people walking past your hotel room. So if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be ideal. The breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Staff was very pleasant and efficient."
