Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. "A notre arrivé (20h), tout le personnel était accoudé au bar en nous regardant comme des animaux L'hôtel était au courant de notre heure d'arrivé (j'ai téléphoné 2h avant) et personne n'a fait l'effort d'aller allumer le chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait 14°C dedans (il a fallu toute la nuit pour réchauffer la chambre avec le mini grille pain) La chambre "supérieure" était une grosse déception, nous pensions être dans le bâtiment principal charmant mais non nous sommes dans une mini maison...
