"I expected more from 4 star hotel. - my TMB bag transfer was arrived at hotel before me but they didn't even care to put them in my room as courtesy. Instead I had to carry the heavy bag to my room upon arrival/check in and they didnt even offer help at all. Room was just ok. Weird shower room with ..."
