"The hotel location is great! In the center of Reims! Very convenient! However the facility is not great! It was very cold when we were in Reims, we wanted to turn up aircon temperature to make room warmer but we’ve been told that it’s centrally controlled! Can not be changed! So we had to stay under duvet all the time to keep warm! It says 24 degrees in the room but it’s absolutely not true! We could feel it was a lot colder on New Year’s Day morning but the thermostat says 24 degrees forever!...
