"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials.
Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it.
I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic:...

"Positive feedback:
- Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated)
- Staff were friendly to interact
- Great location (Westfield mall was across the street)
Other feedback:
- A/C does not work
- When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. The shower drain is slow."

"The description is not what we expected, it says residence chateaux de le mee but it’s a location with various buildings with couples of rooms, not as expected
Difficult to have parking as the area is full of vans from work company
The buildings are old with faded facades, the location is use as a place to stay for workers and not travellers
Our room, A158 was dirty and smelly, with neighbours listening load music
When I told about the noise, the answer was that the holiday is finished and...

"The room was clean and we were initially happy with our stay. Unfortunately, our experience on the second night was very disappointing.
The air conditioning stopped working. I called reception several times, but nobody answered, so I eventually had to walk to reception myself. I was then informed that the air conditioning was not working in any rooms.
Reception promised that a fan would be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. I specifically explained that we needed to wake up at 5:00 AM...
