"The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional. The parking was very easy on the property. It is also a hotel that is used for tour groups because there is a lot to see in the area...

"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. Also super close walk to Chateau Chenonceaux which was super practical. Room was clean and nice, and parking was easy. It was located in a small but very cute little town."

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."
