"Parking was convenient and free, which was a great bonus. While I’m not certain how secure the lot is, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on those amenities. However, the room itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it didn’t appear to have been properly vacuumed. The biggest downside was the bathroom, the shower pressure was very weak, and the bathtub drain was extremely slow, which made for an unpleasant experience standing in pooled water. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom maintenance."

"We arrived at this hotel late and left early, but the staff was excellent. They sent an Uber to pick us up from the airport which was very nice. In the morning we got to breakfast just a few minutes before it closed, but the staff still alowed us to come in and eat, which allowed us have a good start to our day."

"Excellent hotel situated on the harbour with outstanding views! The room was very clean with a very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast served in the lounge was excellent with a very good selection of foods to enjoy with the amazing harbour views. "

"Really happy with this hotel, especially since we received a great rate. The breakfast buffet which I added onto the 1 night was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. The location is perfect about 10 mins from the Waterfront Station, which is the main train station to take you to all points. All staff we came across were friendly & helpful. Starting with the bell man, who warmly greeted us & held our luggage for us till the room was ready. Check in & out was seamless & very organized. The room was a decent size, upgraded to a beautiful harbor view with a balcony! Very nice! Bed was super comfy, nice, clean, quiet room. Checked out the pool & it looked nice too. The scent in the lobby is amazing! Thank you! "

"The price is reasonable. The staff was very slow to check in. The pool area was weird. We could hear the neighbors as if their door and our door was open. We did not get a good night sleep."

"Staff were friendly, convenient location and good amenities like the pool and cafe in lobby. However this hotel is incredibly run down and in need of maintenance and renovation. The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."

"This was a one night visit while on a long road trip. We loved the one bedroom suite. With a family with a baby the separate rooms helped. The bathtub was so large. The baby loved it. The restaurant is not really family friendly. We ordered from a restaurant next to the hotel. "
