"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The complex is new which really helps and I got a nice upgrade and the room was of a very high standard. The staff were very nice. "Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment."
