Clean room very spacious decor was a plus for the location, right on the Venetian port . Adorable! Plan for parking if you have a rental we found a great garage.

Room was fabulous, very spacious and spotless clean. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and within a 2 minute walk to the port, couldn’t really get a more ideal location to explore Chania and also a good location for walking to a pick up point for going to Balos, Elefonisi and other day trips. All in all a great stay and the location cannot be beaten!

The location and staff were wonderful. A very short walk back down to the harbor and there is a a restaurant and laundry very close by.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were wonderful and attentive! The location is perfect if you like to be in the heart of old town!

Overall, the room was fine for a one-night stay, and the location was excellent — very convenient for exploring the area. However, there were two things that could be improved. The bathroom door makes a fairly loud creaking noise whenever it is opened or closed, which can be a little disturbing. Also, the room is quite dark, and we needed to open the window to get enough natural light. These were not major issues for a one-night stay, but they might be worth improving for future guests.

Very large room with one big bed and another smaller plus a sofa. Clean, and toiletries were provided; wish they had some tissues/ Kleenex but maybe this is not common here. Room was on top and had to haul the luggage plus climb up and down two flights of stairs for everything, not a big issue but someone less able would have big problems. Nicely placed on a small street full of little stores and restaurants, close to everything, but parking is a big issue and we ended up with a ticket even if we thought we parked properly on the street. Cannot take the car all the way to the hotel due to no access on those small streets, so you have to haul the luggage all the way tot he hotel. Overall liked it but maybe would not have the car next time. We did laundry somewhere reasonably close. Lots of places to see and to eat at, close to the harbor and we had wind and rain, which made big waves, fascinating to see.

Wonderful 1 night stay at the Boutique Hotel Del Doge. Very quaint hotel, room was huge, comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet for its location right in the middle of the old town. Step out of the hotel and you are right in the hub, bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. 1 minute walk to the harbour area. Please note that due to the hotel’s location you cannot drive to it you need to walk from the perimeter of the old town along cobbled streets, also there is no lift at the hotel so unless you request a ground floor room then your cases will need to be carried up the stairs. Overall in my opinion a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for a short break in lovely Chania.

The room was gorgeous and in a good location. Only thing I would mention is that there were no cleaning services. Also, though this didn’t bother me, because it was in old town Chania, there is no parking and you had to walk bags to the room
