A beautiful Boutique Hotel. Excellent service. The staff was amazing! Every one from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were so courteous and friendly. We stayed at the presidential suite which was extremely comfortable with 2 floors and a private terrace. Also, the breakfast was top notch!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured excellent lighting, great ambiance, and plenty of storage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, like the complimentary mini-bar stocked with juice and sparkling water, and the afternoon brownies. The location is perfect—convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

All staff were great. It is a beautiful hotel - extremely well constructed and expertly finished (been open for less than one year). The restaurant meals were superb - we were booked in for 2 nights and had both dinners there. Breakfast was equally good. Had a somewhat challenging issue with the room heat - even with that, I would not diminish the excellent rating for this hotel. Definitely recommend highly.

Beautifully appointed in the perfect location - in the center of everything but very quiet in the room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. They capture the "boutique" experience perfectly.

This hotel was really special (the online pictures do not capture how great the property is). We had the larger room for our family of 4 and it was really great. The staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast was lovely (an excessive amount of food and lattes were offered!!). They even offer to bring the breakfast to your room if you prefer. They directed me to a free public lot for parking which was about a 7 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a truly memorable one-week stay at Elysia Boutique Hotel in Chania and can’t recommend it highly enough! This brand-new hotel combines modern, elegant design with the perfect location—right in the heart of Chania Old Town. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our very early check-in, which made a huge difference for us and our two small children after a long, early morning flight. We stayed in a spacious Junior Suite that felt both comfortable and safe for the kids, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We were even kindly offered an upgrade to their beautiful double room suites, but chose to stay in our original suite to avoid stairs with the little ones. The staff were incredibly understanding and responded to all our requests quickly and helpfully. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a well-curated menu that exceeded expectations. One of the most touching moments was when the hotel team surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife—it was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly unforgettable. On the day of our early departure, they had thoughtfully prepared a generous takeaway breakfast for the whole family, which was much appreciated. Elysia Boutique Hotel is a gem with a bright future ahead. We would like to thank them and wish them all the best and would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, walking almost straight line to the bus station. To be in the old town need to trade location with size and condition of the building, but not in this one , ultra modern amazing architecture on a well preserved archeological site . My room was standard but it was very spacious which is something you don’t expect from a centrally located hotel . Very clean , quiet for its location in the centre of everything apart from empty bottles collection at one pm !! The AC works like a treat, easy to navigate with a backup Air cooler if ever needed Breakfast was brilliant with two kind of setting, inside and outside and everything came with a smile and perfection None of the above will make any difference at all if it wasn’t to the amazing STAFF , helpful and professional gave the impression that I was their only resident. Really grateful for all their help and guidance

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world. It’s tucked away in an alley but the receptionist seemed to know I was wandering around looking for my hotel and led me right in. Gorgeous modern, minimalist rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and an overall wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze and the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was narrow but didn’t feel cramped at all. The downstairs has tons of natural light and open breeze, and the upstairs feels cozy without being claustrophobic. Linens and towels and furnishings were nicely appointed and luxurious. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the food was absolutely wonderful. If I ever happen to come back to Crete, I won’t look anywhere else, Elysia will be the only place to stay.

Мы останавливались в Elysia Boutique hotel на 4 дня с двумя детьми в декабре 2025 и на две ночи в январе 2026. Это прекрасная гостиница с дружелюбным и профессиональным персоналом, лучшим на Крите завтраком и центральной локации венецианской части старого города.
