"Our stay was actually quite delightful! We came to the area for a family reunion over the weekend & our flight ended up being delayed until the morning after our reservation. I called the hotel right away & spoke to Kyla. She went ahead & checked us into our room so it was secured & would be available to us when we arrived in the morning instead of the regular 3pm check in time. What a blessing! Kyla was so kind, courteous & understanding of the situation. She was great! When we arrived, Manny at the front desk was already aware of our situation & simply gave us our room keys after confirming who we were & completing the check in process of course. He was an absolute doll! Friendly, polite & he recommended the perfect brunch spot which we enjoyed very much!
You can tell the hotel itself is a little older but in good condition. I prefer places with character anyway so it suited me just fine. It is in a well lit, easy to get to location among other hotels, restaurants & shopping. The lobby was clean and organized with a breakfast nook off to one side. Manny informed us they offered fresh coffee 24/7/365 which was a big plus! We did not enjoy breakfast while we were there, but saw it had nice options to choose from when our getting morning coffee.
Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable as well as our bathroom. The A/C worked too well in my option but tend to run cold indoors anyway. All in all, I would definitely stay here again for the service alone. Great job everyone!"
