"Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. "Although the room had no windows, it was clean and sufficient for my needs. The bed was comfy. Location excellent to walk to bus station, esplanade, mall etc. Full fridge/freezer in the room. Overall i would book again"

"check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways."

"The TV did not work. Paused all of the time making watching free to air TV unwatchable. All other things worked and were clean. Staff were excellent."

"The internet kept dropping in and out, maintainence man connected an extender, that didnt solve the problem. The toaster one side element didnt glow and had to hold down the lever as it kept rejecting after a few seconds, needs replacing. Otherwise very happy and will stay next visit."
