Overall was really happy with thos hotel and staff .
We arrived checkin was quick and smooth and was even given a free upgrade .
Room was nice and spacious with everything needed and over looking westlake.
Breakfast lots of choice but if want English ensure you ask . Lots of choice . Would recommend also the spa and massage.
The only fault about this hotel is the working going on just outside hotel .
