O shopping fica a poucos metros do hotel. E também há um restaurante atravessando a rua. Eu não tenho nada a me queixar. O hotel apresenta ótimo custo-benefício.

Tudo nota 10 na estadia e no café da manhã. Como sugestão, acho que deveriam manter o portão da garagem fechado durante todo o período, sendo aberto somente nas entradas e saídas, pois deixa o ambiente meio inseguro dessa forma.

Sou PCD e fui muito bem recebida na recepção. A Srª Silvane foi muito querida, gentil e educada, me acompanhou e levou as malas até o quarto. O quarto era um flat adaptado, com excelentes acomodações, muito melhor que outros hotéis de grandes redes nos quais já me hospedei. O café da manhã é farto e muito saboroso. No check-in fui atendida pela Srª Ana. que também foi muito querida, gentil e educada. Duas excelentes profissionais que valorizam o nome do Hotel. Parabéns.

Hotel muito bom, porem tivemos problema logo na entrada, onde fomos realocados de quarto, e após, o ar condicionado não tinha nenhuma eficiência , onde quarto permanecia bem quente. Alem disso nao houve serviço de quarto em uma das diarias , mesmo com reaviso que não haviam efetuaso limpeza e troca de toalhas. Mas no geral cafe
