"Shower in room was terrible. I got more water out of the sink faucet then in shower. "

"I stayed in room 104 and the ceiling when you first come in was patched and stuff peeling off of it like it had water damage. And whoever was above me must have had kids running across the room back as and forth back and forth. So not much insulation I guess. I would stay there again. But not on the first floor only on the top floor"

"Not your typical hotel.... Provides a unique localized feel.... borders the USC campus giving it a great location....stayed here with business colleagues and everyone enjoyed the experience "

"Staff were not helpful at check in or several times when trying to get clean towels delivered to the room. They said they would bring to the room but never showed up. Then they said just pick up at the desk when we got back. When we did that, then they said we needed to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. But they couldn't bring to the room. No hair dryer in the room and apparently not anywhere in the hotel. Huge dead bug in corner of room. Each night of our stay, we were treated to endless knocking on walls and doors, loud voices, and on the last night a domestic dispute that probably should have had the police involved. Swimming pool was closed 2 of 3 nights we were there. Pancake machine was not working at least one of the days and the sausage gravy looked like it was the same from the day before. Beds and pillows were decent and we did at least sleep well."

"Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area clean and all the food items stocked. I think her name was Denise. The room smelled musty and a spritz of Lysol spray might help. "
