"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. During my stay, I felt that I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally by a customer service representative. The representative accused me of making threats, which I strongly dispute. Instead, I felt that I was subjected to inappropriate behavior and poor treatment. Additionally, I overheard employees engaging in personal, non-work-related conversations on company phones, which I found to be unprofessional. I also felt that I was unfairly judged and treated differently as a Black male. Despite having paid for multiple days of lodging, I was informed that I would be required to leave the premises the following day without what I believe was a valid reason. Overall, this was one of the most negative customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I expected to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, but unfortunately, that was not my experience."

"Rooms were disgusting. ALL of the towels provided (even replacements) smelled weird and were yellowish. Fire alarms kept going off during our stay. At one point within three hours of our stay, the alarm went off 7 times!! The alarms continued into the next day. They did not have room keys available. Amenities were not provided as advertised. (Could not get a photo of the pool sign explaining it has been unavailable since 06/08/2026.)"
