"My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Extremely friendly staff at check-in. Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. A quick hop on and off of i84 across the highway from downtown Boise. Lots of free parking on site."

"Employees were kind. Bath did not drain and shower was very slippery as my wife fell and hurt herself . Was at ER for 6 hours. Had to check out early but does not look like I have been credited."

"This is a newer property in east Meridian about a half mile north of I-84. It was convenient for our needs. Overall, 5 stars, but the bed was harder than most motels I have stayed in so was not as restful to my wife's and my arthritic bones. On a scale of 1-10, I would I give it a 9, but will probably try a different motel next time for variety. Very good but not WOW. Craig"

"Hotel was easy to access from the freeway. Easy to drive to multiple dining options in the area. Didn't have much interaction with employees but check-in was very easy. Comfortable, clean room. Pool/hot tub area didn't have showers but was clean. Lots of breakfast choices (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, yogurt, bread/bagels, coffee, juice). Would stay here again if travelling through this area."

"The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!"

"The property was not maintained well. The pool was full but not opened. It was green water with a green scum floating on the surface. The smoke detector in our suite had a plastic bag tied around it. The tiolet was lose and rocked back and forth, a towel rack was loose on the wall, carpet was torn, and the shower faucet was loose. There was a build up of mold in the icemaker drain tray. The linens were clean...there was that positive and the breakfast was ok. Would never stay at this location...

"Expedia site states a KITCHENET there is only microwave n fridge. Had to eat out our entire trip for 4 days. Seriously disappointed. Or then that I have great review but do not rent it meeting to cook."
