"Didn't initially realise that the property management is the same as that of the Royal Plaza (opposite) but didn't really cause much of an issue. We were still able to use the amenities at Royal Plaza. Villa Toscane itself wasn't manned but our room was really nice and clean. Staff overall were very helpful and we had a lovely stay. "Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to.
