"The hotel and environment was clean.
Effective AC system and large rooms
Great location - working distance to key attractions.
Sauna was a great temp. Steam room temp was mediocre and pool is a medium size.
Staff were fantastic, Tony & Jessica were great.
Bar area is great for relaxing or working, Alex the bartender is fab."

"The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay."

"The hotel has a very much a 5-star feel, reminiscent of something out of Downton Abbey. The building and public areas are grand, and the complimentary Elemis toiletries were a nice touch.
Unfortunately, my room had several issues. The toilet seat appeared to be broken, and the bathroom layout was poorly designed. The bidet was positioned extremely close to the sink, making it easy for personal items to fall into it. The sink tap was also awkwardly placed, making it difficult to comfortably wash...

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "

"Bath Priory is situated on beautiful grounds and gardens, loved the greenery and flowers. Our suite was very nice, two large rooms and a full bathroom.
On arrival our room was not ready and we were brought to the bar for a complementary drink. We waited 45 minutes for a bar/restaurant member to even acknowledge us although the walked by us almost every minute. Not even a greeting.
This level of service was common for the restaurant. At breakfast one day my wife’s meal was served 20 minutes...
