"Lovely, small hotel in old town. Nothing fancy, yet very clean and functional. Close to everything: lake, restaurants, train station, shops, market. Helpful, Friendly staff. Can be a bit loud in that part of town during the day and evening. Did not bother me but in case that’s important to you. Wifi was so-so. "

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. "I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ...
