"Caroline was most gracious & helpful, particularly on arrival. As the elevator was broken, she took my bags up to the 3rd floor, which was great as I am recovering from a fractured arm. The woman barista this morning was pleasant. The staff really made my stay very good!"

"The hostel was great, and everyone was very kind. Free breakfast and sound proofing in the capsules was great.
Two notes: your phone is your key for EVERYTHING so make sure it's charged/you have a backup charger. Also, bring toilet paper if you don't want to use a bidet. "

"Staff was super helpful during a late night check in. Room was clean. Bedding and towel were clean. Lockers are a bit small for storing my larger laptop. Price was great for what I got. Highly recommend. "
