"The AC works very good air conditioner or if you need heat, great wifi and the tv has wifi too so can watch all your shows movies and apps & the staff are cool and the shower are jn good condition "

"Very Cleaning updated. All Around excellent experience. The only minor dings were the shower has a sliding glass door. The first panel is fixed. You have to go through the open panel in order to turn on the water so you get hit with cold water if you're not careful. Also the rooms are very nicely updated and I wonder why they didn't put in comfort height toilets instead of the old school Lowriders. The other Positive significantly outweigh these two little minuses. It will be my go to near JFK."

"The room was tired and run down. Is this the mattress was broken and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off the side. The towels were threadbare and smelled bad. Pillows on the bed were tiny and yellowed underneath the pillowcase. Piles of trash are Left out on the sidewalks on Saturdays. We were woken at three or 4 AM when someone was blasting music outside of our window for about half an hour"

"WOW!!! This place is a true GEM!! I was sad we were only staying one night! Check-in was easy and the parking situation is excellent. Gated garage helped to put our minds at ease, although it seems like a safe neighborhood so wouldn't have been too worried if had to park on the street overnight. Morning breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT and the staff working that morning were so helpful and courteous. They helped my elderly mom put a plate together and bring it to the table for her. (She got there before we came down). They have a machine for the coffee that freshly grinds the beans before each cup and a yummy selection of creamers. This hotel knows how to help you get a good start to the day! The room itself is great! Clean, great size and the lighting is really nice as well, and the TV set up is wonderful. LOVE the Dove body products...it's just really nice to have products that aren't going to dry out my hair or skin, but rather nourish them. Was pleasantly surprised when I saw those in the bathroom. I could pack away my own toiletries I brought and save them for another hotel with less impressive choices. Excellent staff all around! Helpful and positive, service-minded people. Didn't have a chance to try the gym, but it looked spacious and legit. Wish I could have had the time to workout! Book this hotel if you're staying in Queens...SO WORTH IT!!!!"

"If you want to see what a hotel room from the 80’s looked like, then this is ideal. The hotel is dated, worn and not very clean. The room AC didn’t on any setting, just the fan continued to run. Every TV channel had poor signal making it unwatchable. On check-in, the process was slow and not very welcoming. "
