The good is the price was cheap, for the area, and the location is easy to get around from. However, the room was a disaster from having to rig the drapes to close to half completed fiberglass repair on the tub enclosure. We travel a lot, and we do quite a few reviews, it's rare that we would give a hotel ratings this bad unless it's deserved.

It was an old hotel. That said it was nice and comfortable. For the price it was it is. Bring your own hygiene products as theirs not good. Typical hotel amenities. Ice machine didnt work. they do have snacks and drinks in lobby you can buy.

OK for the price

If the room would be updated as the lobby, it would be great. Unfortunately the rooms may need some TLC. But for the price it's OK, and the breakfast is good. But some room-neighbors may be (too) loud. Interesting is, that bus-line 10 to downtown is in walking distance.

There were guys loitering and smoking outside the rooms and one asleep on the pavement, leaving their cigarette butts on the walkway. They were polite and let us pass to get to our room, but it made us feel uncomfortable. Inside pole lamp was leaning, the light between the beds had no bulbs, the fan vent was loose and leaning out from the wall, the TV remote had no backing. However, the linens and towels were clean and the bed comfortable. For a quick overnight stay it was okay and very reasonably priced.,.

Shows its age.

Great service from the front desk team. Room was a bit disappointing in that it showed its age. Doors were dirty and corners not clean. Tiles in shower were mildewed and ceiling fan filled with dust. Again, compliments though to the front desk team. They were responsive and answered all enquiries promptly.
