Such a wonderful guest house! It's very lovely inside and out. Our suite was beautiful, very clean, and included so many complimentary items- snacks, soft drinks and waters in the small refrigerator, a keurig machine with coffees, teas, and apple cider pods, and toiletry items in the bathroom. Nice wine and a charcuterie were offered late afternoon and a sweet at 8 pm. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was freshly made, delivered at the time of our choosing, and we enoyed it on the balcony in the sunshine. The location is perfect being just a couple blocks from the market place and a nice walk to other sites as well. The house offers quiet and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at The Jasmine House again.

This bed and breakfast is in a great location, has a nice courtyard area, and the staff was wonderful. I would probably not choose to stay here again mainly for the cleanliness of the restroom. We stayed in the carriage house and the shower had a ton of mold/mildew. Iā€™m sure it had a light cleaning before we came, but the whole bathroom needed a good scrub. The food offered for breakfast was just okay.

We had a beautiful room with an extra small room where you can have your breakfast. For breakfast, you have a menu where you select what you would like and they deliver it to your room at whatever time you select. The only thing we didn't like was having to unload the bags at the B&B and then go to a different B&B nearby to check in. Then the parking was across the street. As we have a low car, we scraped the bottom of the car pulling into the driveway to unload our bags. Very close to King Street and all the shopping.

This was a charming facility in a perfect location to walk to everything and the staff are the definition of southern hospitality at its finest. I can wait to go back!!!

The Happy Hour wine and charcuterie and the evening champagne are fun touches in this gorgeous historical home. The high ceilings and intricate moulding are just stunning! Easy walk to the City Market and the French Quarter. Kind and helpful staff.

Loved the little special touches. Breakfast delivered to your door, wine/beer and charcuterie early evening and champagne and dessert later on. Staff was all exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again, loved it.

The property was beautiful, historic and easily accessible. It sits at the north edge of the French Quarter, so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast choices were pleasantly varied and absolutely fresh and delicious! We ate on the shared veranda every morning. The offerings at 5pm and 8pm each evening were delightful. The bed was comfy, although very high (a step was available). Our upstairs room was accessible by an elevator, so that was very convenient moving in and out. The elderly ladies in the room across the hall were not as fortunate.šŸ˜¬ Cold water and ice were available. Overall, we absolutely loved our time at the Jasmine House and would go back again!šŸ’•

Incredible hospitality, convenient location with walking distance to nearly anything you would want to see or need. The house was very cozy and quiet. We typically like to try new places anytime we visit but we'll be making an exception for this house.
