"Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly."

"Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available. "The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of options. Overall, the property was well maintained and made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."

"Nice enough hotel, staff was friendly. Lacks sufficient parking when it’s busy. My biggest issue was of our 3 nights at the hotel, our room was only cleaned the first night that we stayed there. We came back on days 2 & 3 to the room not being vacuumed, our beds made. None of it. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. We decided to leave earlier than expected and return home."

"The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite"

"The hotel room and staff were amazing, the one problem I had with this property was that the outdoor pool was not open . The pool was in disrepair. It’s the start of their summer season and that should be open"

"Had the worse experience! I will never stay here again. We arrived at the hotel at almost 9:30 from a 10hr drive. Get everything situated at check in, we head up to our room and we walk to a dirty room, trash still in the room dirty sheets piled up on the couch, bed unmade like someone just rolled out of it. Irritated was beyond words. Head back down and they lucky had another room for 1 night that we was able to stay in, but the up keep was not what the pictures showed. This room had broken...

"This was the worst didnt even stay dirty sheets small pillows not enough linens eberything smeared like not even cleaned. It was musty muggy and hot. The pictures and review have done nothing for this horrible experience. Staff rude and not helpful just walk by ignore you. Very upset drove 4 hours for a motor cross championship just to drive all the way home with a 9 year old and 16 month old at that. Very disappointing."
