the airport shuttle service was extremely slow on my arrival - it was 12:30 am and the front desk person said they would be there "as traffic allowed" It seems they were actually waiting to combine me with a group of airline staff, which would've been nice to have just been told so rather than waiting 30 minutes with no idea if they were actually coming or not. The following morning, I needed the shuttle at 5:30am, and the driver was extremely rude and didn't respond when I asked her if she could take me. I waited a few minutes, considered an uber and then thought I'd at least see if she would or would not. When I turned the corner to look for her, she said she didn't need me following her, and she had told me she would take me.
This driver is unprofessional and flat out rude.
Additionally, there were hairs on the bathroom floor - it had not been cleaned.
