The building is lovely, the location is convenient, the amenities are great, and having a parking option inside the garage is nice. The in-unit washing machine is very convenient. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is minimally stocked (plates, pans, etc.). The bed leaves much to be desired. The frame is unstable and creaky and the mattress is a brick.

Well-equipped and beautiful property. Read the reviews about check-in process being difficult, but we were able to find everything fairly easily. Photos of the entrances helped a lot, nothing took more than 2 mins to find, and I’m not good with directions, just to put that into perspective. Very spacious and well stocked between kitchen cooking utensils to detergent, etc. The floor was a bit dirty, but as soon as I let them know, someone came and vacuumed. Very responsive, everything was in good shape.

The property is amazing and was right across the street from the doctors office i needed to be at. The sofa sleeper was terrible! Everything else was great and i would stay here again but make sure i wouldn’t be the one sleeping on the couch or get a 2 bedroom (wasn’t available for our stay)

The unit was very clean but the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and the smell in the bed from it was horrible. They did come the next day and did some treatment which worked, there was an issue with the door lock which caused a problem too. They were easy to contact and did give me a small gift card but I would not stay here again as too many issues to deal with when only being there 2 days

Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.

Had everything we might need for a stay. Ours was a short stay, but it would have been lovely for a longer stay as well. Host made it known they were there anytime for questions, the check in instructions made the process very easy - providing directions up to the room and everything, kitchen had everything needed for us too cook a nice pre-competition meal. No complaints.

I had trouble finding the property. The apartment name was Berkshire and it was not mentioned anywhere. I also had difficulty finding the entrance to get my parking tag and keys. I had some issues with door key as the battery ran out and was stranded until the technician came in replaced batteries. Otherwise, stay was pleasant and the location is great.
