Did not get a 2 bedroom that we reserved, but a 1 bedroom at their fault. Bedding situation did not fit the party of adults. Sleeper sofa was horrible with no bedding. Missed dinner reservations waiting for them to switch us to our reserved room because we had to wait hours to be told they double booked and none available to move us to.They did not notify the "office" of our arrival for a parking pass.We were not notified that the pool area was closed due to work being done. The entire courtyard was scaffolding. Now they are trying to give a very small refund which is unexceptable. Still going back and forth with them 12 days later. Very unprofessional.

Clean and good location, but noisy construction

The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. There was no way to remain within the apartment during the day, and this should have been communicated beforehand. Communication was ok, there were too many channels (booking, text, national number) that we never knew where to ask or where the answer would return to. Upon reserving, you are sent a link referred to as a boarding pass, once I confirmed documents the link never worked again, leaving us stranded outside the door asking all the channels for an entry code. Parking was safe, but several times another person took the reserved spot, leaving you to worry if your car would get towed overnight. I did send photos of this upon request. The check out time of 10 am is very early.

I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again.

Great place, poor communication, early checkout

Excellent place and location. Very clean, lots of space. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitching, dining and sitting areas. Very well thought-out appliances and generous amounts of all necessities + towels. Really nice overall. The only problem is the super early checkout time of 10am. Was really sad about it. Emailed asking to checkout slightly later, but never heard from them for several days. Only received an email the night before saying that if I didn't check out right on time there'd be a $100+ fine. 10am checkouts are extremely unfair. 11am should be the absolute earliest and 12pm the standard. Also was a little unfair of them to ask to take out all the rubbish and do all the dishes considering how early the checkout was. There's no time for such things if you need to leave so early. Also, in general, their email communication is very unpleasant. Everything reads like commands and threats.

Nice little apartment with great location

Apartment is located in a great area, walking distance to stores and places to eat. Also a nice little apartment. I would definitely stay there again.

Could have been good. Ended up being AWFUL.

The apartment itself was not bad but the pool area was under construction and the view was of that construction, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the light fixture in the kitchen was smashed and had exposed problem glass hanging down over the kitchen island. We also had some concerns about the cleanliness of the shower/bath but we just cleaned it ourselves and moved on. Communication was almost non existent and we were given the wrong door code, leaving us stuck outside with our luggage in 20 degree weather for over half an hour. Once my payment went through they started forwarding my calls for no reason, before we ever even got checked in. I had to call from a different number and got answered on the first ring and finally got the correct door code. The experience would not have been terrible if the property management company had made any effort to check in with us or rectify the situation or even fake being polite. This almost felt like a scam and 100% didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend staying at this property or any properties under this management.

Pro: The apartment decorating looks beautiful and warm. It's makes you feel like home. It was not far to explore the places in town. There’s lot of restaurants close by. The host was very easy to communicated with and very helpful. Con: The first night we got in the apartment, one of the bed sheets smelled like somebody sweat, one of them lamp ain’t working but it wasn’t a big deal. We’re figured one of the bedroom door it was too close to the desk whoever open the door would have hitting them between the door and the desk and seen like the paint come out. Walls is too thin you can hear anyone slamming their door at night. Other than that, it was a very beautiful hotel.
