Greg was super helpful and so amazing! We stayed multiple nights and Greg helped us so much with the rooms! The rooms were super comfortable and very quiet. Could not even hear other guests AT ALL!!! Breakfast was yummy as well. having the space to spread out was top tier!

I booked this hotel 8/11 for a stay 9/22-9/26. I was asked upon checking in what floor level I preferred and I said higher. I was told sorry we only have floor 2, upon entering room 210, there was a very heavy smoke smell. The bedroom window had broken glass. There is mold up on the ceiling behind the bathroom door. The linens and towels and places the housekeeping staff attend to were clean. I’m assuming there are no other rooms available because I was told we only have floor 2 available. The next day we met some people down at the firepit and they say they got in last night and booked a room immediately, on floor 3 and it was clean, no odors, etc. The pool was also a bit cool and one water fountain was in rough shape.

The suite was great with kitchen and separate room to sit and eat. The room was clean, however, the corners of the floors in the bathroom were not so great and the carpet needs to be replaced as there was mold on the wall by the air conditioning unit and I did not feel comfortable leaving my suitcases near it. We were there 5 nights and had to ask for coffee and towels as our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had 5 days of trash when we checked out. The great news is it is great for going to the nascar races and shops

The breakfast was good. We had waffles on Monday, but the lady running the breakfast area got aggravated because people was asking how it works so she took to down by 8:30. She just didn't want to help people so she took it down so she didn't have to deal with it. This is not fair to the customer

Check-in was simple and fast. The room was great and beautiful with an efficiency kitchen and a separate bedroom. I thought the bed was very comfortable. They had an indoor pool, which seemed a little cold or else I would’ve gone in it but other than that, I thought it was great. The breakfast was really good.
