My last day was pretty good I had a larger room it was more comfortable it did have a TV that was coming out and limited channels but had a nice clean shower and a big bathroom and all the furniture was in dish and shape the carpets were clean the curtains closed all the stuff like that

Wow, the breakfast menu was sparse, for the price that I paid for the room it was decent. There was only peach flavored yogurt, which I don’t think is anyone’s favorite. There was no bacon or meat. But there was eggs and hashbrowns, which I love that. There were also hot waffles, which are everyone’s favorite so you win some you lose some. The bed was a little hard, but the room was nice the bathroom especially. The tub could use some updating but the tile on the floor and the vanity was very nice. I like that. It had a refrigerator and my room was tucked Away Away from everyone else and had its own hallway . Will definitely stay again. It was very clean. Also had its own nice little coffee machine inside the room. Lamps with outlets a nice desk and overall a great feel.

Staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, but the common areas need alot of attention. There was alot of patchwork on the walls, broken tiles, one elevator was out of service, doors to go out were out of service and some of the furniture was pealing. We stayed one night for a concert at the Spectrum. We like to stay at the Tyvola exit because of the convenience to the train.

The staff was amazing! They helped me with my reservation that had been canceled however the carpet had stains, room tile and tub is outdated and not falling apart. It had a smell to it. The toilet and everything around had rust.

I say they're often because they're cheap and it's a decent hotel but they don't have an ice machine on every floor they only have about 2 working four floors and the snack machine has stale items in . some of the staff is super nice some of them are not but the breakfast is usually stale it's limited options and you have to eat in it's a very short window u have to do that , they usually have ice water all day and then have coffee in the mornings for a few hours yes I have many extra coffee pots in your room and they do provide small packs of coffee they always have towels in your room if they don't clean the rooms on Tuesday though or change sheets or anything like that they will give you towels on those days. The hotel itself is once upon My Time is must have been really beautiful and put together it's just kind of getting older the rooms you can either get a good one or bad when I was in a beautiful room my last name and a large room the TV going out there that was the only thing but I've been in summers of a very small and had just a few lights with light bulbs in them so it's kind of Hit or Miss I guess with the rooms the beds are always comfortable and sheets are always clean and I feel safe there it's a it's a nice cheap place to spend the night like they don't have any bugs I don't have any rodents from what I can tell but you definitely need to be about 11:00 ór they get real snippy with you $50 deposit

I changed my booking from Travelocity to Hotels.com . Adding a Restaurant and a Bar for Conviance + full Breakfast. Apon arriving l asked where is the restaurant? The reply I got was Chilli's down the street ? Where is the bar ? Chilli's down the street.The full Breakfast was full to go breakfast,or Continental ! Wow😲 I got taken. I'm done with that dump, done with Hotels.Com and done with North Carolina !!!

If you need a place to stay then yes by all means stay there. The room was very well kept together. The rest of the hotel not so much. The ceiling was leaking. The elevator alone was an experience. Breakfast was good.

The first day the halls smelled really bad as if there was a sewer problem. The elevator stopped working and I had to take the stairs most of my stay. The staff was really nice and the room itself was in a ok condition.
