"The front desk employees were very nice. However the staff that does the breakfast was ok we asked if there was anymore eggs she gave us a look like we were disturbing her and when I ask her where was the ultensils she came out rude and sarcastic. They need more training on hospitality. So we took whatever was left mind you for three people was nothing and to be honest those eggs were horrible. The breakfast needs to be better."

"It was inconvenient to bring luggage to the second floor without elevator. The lodge rooms were in a separate building with an access key needed every time entering the main door.
We have been charged very high rates for the least amount of amenities. On top of it they charged extra for the water bottles.
The lodge location was 40 min away from my destination the letchworth state park."

"If in doubt, stay here. 5 * for everything. We thought it was a brand new hotel! Pristine clean rooms. Wonderful shower. So comfy bed and pillows. Pull down shade kept light out. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast best hotel breakfast ever. Pancake station, mini omelets (egg white veggies and cheese), bacon, turkey sausage, nice selection of juices and coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries that looked delicious. We found our new forever hotel when we ate in Rochester to visit our kids and grands....

Our room was not ready at check-in. The coffee bar was not stocked on one occasion. When we asked for an item, it was tossed on the counter to us. "Overall great place to stay! Love the free breakfast everyday of the week, and it was delicious 😋. Plus they gave free dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday! It was clean and they allow pets.
