Property was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Pool heater was broken,our shower head was broken and the tub didn't drain it just pooled also the second bed in room comforter had someone else's lipstick on it!!

I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. This hotel was located close to the university. It had a good complementary breakfast and the staff was super friendly.

It was a great location for us to see Luke Combs at UVA. Staff was great, especially since I was on crutches and they went above and beyond.
