"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth.
Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"Had a lovely stay. The property was clean and tidy. It had everyone from milk to clean lennon you can also cook and clean your clothes. In such a good area of Bristol only bus to the town center. The host Nick was lovely. If we needed anything it was there. We would definitely come and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality

"Lovely clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a beautiful building. The accommodation has everything you need for a short or long stay. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. There are lovely walks in the surrounding area and it is also very convenient for getting into Bristol."

"Nicely equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. A bit worn but mostly clean. Electric fans were helpful with the heat, but windows were very limited opening and the master shower was awkwardly small.
Apartment entrance is not correctly labeled on Google maps and the provided map didn't work. Entrance doesn't lock, and found homeless person, abandoned garbage, graffiti on the walls and pot smoking outside of the entrance."

"My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails.
My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. The fridge in the new room had no bottle shelves in the door, the...

"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."
