Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards. "This hotel is very reasonable. Their main business however is restaurants, and Ohris have four on this location, and others around Hyderabad. All their restaurants are excellent. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is quiet and safe with many shops, including chemists and a supermarket. Taxis are always available."

"This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! "
