"Il letto matrimoniale era composto da 2 materassi separati, di altezza differente. Confort pessimo per il riposo. Eccessiva confusione nell'accesso alla SPA, con difficoltà di fruizione della stessa. Ristorante: buona location e servizio, portare non eccelse e non generose come il prezzo potrebbe far intendere. Ottima la colazione."

"Clean rooms, small but nice. Air conditioning was a little tricky, could have been cooler during a very warm period. Spa pool was incredible. Staff was amazing, helpful and attentive. Great spot!"

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler....

"Wonderful stay! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious including a selection of cakes. The building had character, with antique windows with shutters and screens. Great view, and great location in this gorgeous mountain spa town!"

"The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. It was perfectly located in the center of town right by the beautiful waterfall. The included breakfast next door was just right. Very pleased with having choose this place"
