"My stay as a solo traveler was very comfortable. Both young men at the front desk were very helpful and kind, and upon check in, the staff member provided helpful information for my stay. The apartment is very spacious, and important to note; the linens were crisp and bathroom was very clean. The property is a little dated, but it was wonderful for the 4 nights I was in the area. "The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. "Jean-Luc and Valerie were very friendly and took the time to show us the room and talk about the history of this old part of Avignon. There are narrow streets and lots of charm and character. The room had some nice touches and decor. The breakfast was relaxed in this very quiet part of town. Everything is walkable. Thanks to Jean-Luc for helping us with a taxi to the station (as mentioned the streets are narrow)."

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes.
