"I recommend totally! Second time I have been here. I love the silence, the room size, the cleanliness and the elegance of the place. The staff is polite and helpful. I just had trouble to open the gate; I arrived very late, was tired, the interphone is not very user-friendly and I had problems to contact the hotel by phone (the issue maybe due to my own cell phone). Definitely, I will rent a room again if needed -in one of my trips driving from Belgium to Spain and viceversa."

"Fantastic location right next to Gare de Tours. 15min walk to historic Vieux Tours. We had a lovely view of the train station which itself is beautiful to look at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were offered a free glass of wine during their happy hour (6-8pm). While our room was compact it had almost everything we needed. The only improvement would be a mini-fridge in the room. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked decent. Not sure if it is worth €18 compared to other...

"The staff are wonderful. I wish check in hours weren’t so limited - we arrived earlier than expected and wanted to drop off our bags, but had to wait around in the car a long time (since we didn’t want to leave our luggage unattended) until the check in hour that begins at 5p, since the doors are locked and no one answered the door until then. Also wish that they had AC- it was pretty hot during our stay."

"My stay as a solo traveler here was so great! The location is perfect, next to a castle overlooking the Loire River! It's right next to a pedestrian area of restaurants and shopping and it's very safe. It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. "This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable.
