"Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for...

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

"Bien = calme du site en pleine nature / acceuil sympa / cabane propre et bien équipée / paniers repas bonne qualité Moins bien = pas de vue sur les alentours et le paysage à partir de la terrasse de la cabane. Cabane sombre car tout le temps à l'ombre et obligation d'allumer la lumière "

"We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "Fabulous location, charming and welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, laid back, languid and comfortable. The ambience is southern France to a tee, but with a Canadian accent. Breakfast is not cooked, but the choices and quality of foods will leave you well satiated. Chris and Lisa are chock full of information to get you started on your visit to Carcassonne, including area restaurant choices. Full marks all round, a real gem."
