"The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"

Hotel pequeño, pero muy acogedor, todo el personal siempre atento a tus necesidades y conocen a la perfección el lugar, ya que nos dieron excelentes pautas al ser nuestra primera vez en Andorra y en la experiencia de esquiar. "We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options "

"All staff had at least some English and were very helpful. The small rooms are efficiently laid out with desk space and plugs, and a balcony overlooking the town. Modern bath/shower and King size bed. Great location in town, with public transit, shops and dining nearby. Excellent breakfast, and beverages available all day. Great value."

"Un accueil trees chaleureux, des hôtesses très aimable ( parlant espagnole, francais et anglais ), le chambre est grande et spacieuse, la salle de bain tres propore , un grand ecran dans la chambre, le room service assez rapide ( payant 8€, mais avec possibilité de descendre pour aller récupérer sa commande , donx ca depend de chacun ), le spa est légèrement petit mais très agréable ensuite dommage qu'il y ait la climatisation dans le spa , parce que quand on sort de l'eau il fait vite...

"Excelente!! Solo nos hemos quedado una noche y nos encanto. Exquisita la cena sobre todo y no es excesivamente caro. Muy cerca de la estacion de esqui de Ordino asi que muy buena ubicacion. "
