"Stylish accommodation close to the train station. Also within 10 minutes walk of main tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Breakfast within the hotel was expensive so we opted for cafés nearby. Staff were great and helpful."

"The property was charming, comfortable and very clean. The location was great for walking but terrible for driving. The valet service was inadequate and the directions were terrible. There were also some quirky things about our room, dark steps to the bathroom and the AC doesn’t go above 75 degrees no matter the setting you choose. Our room had a coffee station but no milk and only demitasse cups. Overall the staff was nice but inexperienced for a luxury hotel."

"This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. "I liked the location and the patio. One young girl was very nice when we left our luggages until we left the town for the train station. But the bathroom was really really small and would benefit from small repairs. The access for the family rooms is by stairs, which is a pain with large luggages."
