"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. We ended up just ordering Uber Eats. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but we had no other...

"Pool and spa were amazing. The room and balcony were both great. The breakfast was fine. There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. "Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic.
I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"
