"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Nice service provided by staff, no room clean ups after you go out. Your security deposit will not be refunded. They will make an excuse to keep it."

"The only thing is the valet parking area could be a lot cleaner and have clear signage where to park.
We arrived past 1 AM and it was not clear. The staff was great but they were not there at arrival."
