"Ok I love giving honest reviews, here I go....(takes deep breath) The check in was horrible, this guy's body language said "What do you want" (eyeroll). He took forever to get an extra pillow that was nothing but the pillow case. One of our keys didn't work the whole time. Our room was by a back door that kept being left open, thought I'd be killed. But the BREAKFAST!! This is the saving grace, waffle bar, sausage sandwiches, delicious juice. Lots of variety not just coffee and dry cereal....

"The stay overall was great. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and a very tasty breakfast that actually has turkey sausage (a major plus, as a member of my party can't eat pork). A major drawback was the elevator though. It was jerky, made concerning sounds, and as of 5/30/26 had not been inspected since 1/9/25. Meaning the inspection for the elevator was five months past due. Also a minor nitpick is that the smart TVs don't have YouTube. Outside of those though the hotel is amazing and I'll be...

"The hotel was clean, the accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was so much better than your standard contenental. Full breakfast with omelet, sausage & pancakes. You can adjust the a/c to a cooler setting at night. None of these games some hotels are playing were you cook at night because they have some sort of govenor on the a/c at night to keep you from lowering it. A great hotel experience. Highly recommended."

"Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains."

"The grounds are incredible. The café is bare bones in the mornings, however the coffee is amazing. The kitchen did a nice job with after hours food. We were there during a wedding so lots of noise. Note, no daily housekeeping. Will stay there again overall, a beautiful location, helpful staff, and lots of amenities to choose from. The room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable."

"I paid on time the week I was there. Working overnight I refused room service bc I sleep during the day. Having the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on door, housekeeping still knocked and opened the door on there own free will despite me yelling " No thank you, not today!" After I told management, the next day the housekeeper lied and said I had multiple pets even though I was upfront and paid the fee for my one cat! I was kicked out abruptly!
