"The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. "Our room was nicely appointed and clean. We enjoyed the view from our room out over a lovely creek. It is very quiet here at night. The drive isn’t too far in to Blairsville or Blue Ridge. The upstairs restaurant at the Lodge, The Flying Trout, is really good. We ate three meals here over our weekend stay. There is also a full bar with live entertainment. The staff at the restaurant and Lodge were very friendly and experienced. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Don was very hospitable. The lodge was very clean, cozy, homey, comfortable and very welcoming. The breakfasts were outstanding. Loved having water, tea, drinks and snacks available. It is very conveniently located to downtown Dahlonega as well as several wineries. We will definitely stay here again. "
