"The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it Unsatisfied customer"

"Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

"I booked this Ramada location because it was the best price for our 3 night vacation. Kenya at the front desk is amazing. The breakfast is basic but hot and fully stocked. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, turkey sausages and pork sausage. The turkey sausage was a bonus since I dont eat pork. The bedding was clean and bed was comfy enough.
