"I have been staying in different hotels in Plattsburgh for a few years now. This was the first for this stay and I absolutely will be staying in this hotel moving forward. Parking conditions were excellent. The room was clean and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that I feel did not get all stars was the shower. Evening staff was pleasant and friendly. Well done!"

"Nice stay my 2nd time staying Definitely clean enough no body clean behind dresser and things or under ottomans but the room was well appointmented bed sittings area bathroom all clean..indoor pool large game room like Dave and buster..plus perkins restaurant right in the building..located in a mall right of the 87..Great location."

"WOW, what a magical place to stay! We sure wish we would’ve booked 2 nights. We stayed in room 203 and it did NOT disappoint. The view from our private balcony was beautiful. The restaurant across the street had yummy food too. Breakfast was nice as well. If I had any suggestions it would be to have fresh brewed coffee available in the morning and a sign to show where you check in. Oh, the cute gift bags, how about something more Vermont like a maple sucker?"
