"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and we were not disappointed. Room was large, very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was extremely large and well fitted with hand rails, a low bath, and lots of emergency pull cords throughout. We were able to book a Blue Badge parking bay on the morning that we were due to arrive. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay here again."

"Arrived to find no phone in the room, which would have been nice to arrange an important wake up call the following morning. Compounding the issue was that my Alexa alarm clock couldn’t be connected to WiFi for an important alarm the next morning owing to the way in which you connected to the hotel’s internet.staff didn’t have any solutions as to how to fix this and seemed nonplussed. "The room was quiet. There were stains on the wall sofa and carpet. The carpet had a red stain, not sure what that was. My wife thought blood. The free internet was a smidge over useless. "

Convenient for transport to and from London with a pleasant bar and beer garden to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. "I have been coming to this place over and over again, it has change slightly since covid with may less amenities like no more bath robes or slippers, no more lavazza coffee machine in some room categories but it is a wonderful place in marvellous surroundings. I love Wimbledon village having lived there for years ans so for me it is always nice to be back and the people at the Cannizaro House always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you"

"Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready"

"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows.
