"Have always preferred to stay at Les Suites when in Ottawa. Especially since they did all of the renovations over the past many years. Love the location and the updated rooms. Back 20 years ago, still loved it, but it was dated. Now, very nice decor!"

"Les chambres sont propres et accueillantes, le foyer électrique est agréable. C’est assez tranquille, sauf si des gens décident de faire une course et de crier dans le corridor à 3h du matin! Le manque de savoir vivre de certains clients a diminué la qualité de notre expérience, mais ça rien avoir avec les commodité pas de l’hôtel. Le bistro est agréable!"

"Everything was very good overall, and the staff were fast and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the cleaning staff because they could not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. The biggest disappointment was the pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, but I didn’t use it even once because it was extremely dirty. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool."
